Getting started Post Bankruptcy
Hey everyone, I'm brand new to this but I'm really excited and motivated to make a change and begin building wealth and a future. I just got out of a bad divorce that included a bankruptcy and I'm finding deals but struggling to get capital raised or qualify for a mortgage. I am not willing to wait for another 18 months before I buy my first income property, so I'm wondering who out there way have some experience with buying property immediately post bankruptcy. Thanks!
