Partnership Structure For Large(r) Deals

Hey BP! I've done a few SFH flips/rentals. I'm now looking to get into the multifamily game with some partners. This agreement would involve me finding the deals and doing the legwork while the partners put the money up from a few states away. How do I structure this deal so it's fair and equitable? I'd like to have repeat deals with this group in the future! Any advice is appreciated!
