I believe I discussed this basic method of operation long ago on BP, I've done wraps and basically the same thing, but not pumping market/sale prices as an important part id the borrower's ability to refinance.One of the issues I have in putting out "how to" in finance is that I may well explain something in a basic manner and that someone will pick up what I said, misconstrue or misapply some matter or modify some aspect then use that to hit the streets.
