I want to own a parking lot.

Talking to park managers and/or owners and mobile home dealerships may give you more information on the market and point you in the right direction of other mobile home investors in the area who may be interested.

Selling and taking the cash means you have to start paying rent or start over again and get another house. if you want to build wealth with rental property and you want to grow quickly rather than just parking cash from some other high-income business or job, I would recommend leveraging the equity with a refinance or HELOC. there are pros and cons to these two.

I got with my Realtor and my lender today and they’re gonna check with a contractor and builder they have worked with to get a ball park estimate on how much it would cost plus the lot and if it makes sense for the area.

There is also an empty lot right next to the complex where I was thinking I could put a park for the kids in the area to play.. seeing as how there is an offender of children residing in the complex, that’s out of the window.

The overage came from spending more on flooring (bought LVP), Plumbing drain issue, added 2 parking spaces, and redid the roof.

It would be absolutely awful to buy a 7 bedroom house only to find out you can't rent 3 of them.Also make sure there is enough spots to park in!

Would love some feedback and this one is tricky with the 7-day because most of the time if I put a 7-day which is rare... it's for them having a dog, parking over the water meter, loud music, too many people in the place, etc.
