I am with Avail also for rent payment.

Most of the units I owned have room partners so they pay rent by their own individual bank ACH.

We moved out in June 2023, and since then, I've been renting it out, generating around $1,450 in monthly cash flow, not counting variable expenses.

I see sponsors that are projecting rent growth that is normal in yesterday’s market but is very high compared to the actual market.

This is why they’ll rent their whole lives.

My husband and I are looking to invest in property to both flip to sell and flip to keep for renting.
