I have noticed that they cut all the wire/ piping.  

My tenants use it as well,  I get notice but I am not the "go to" for basic trouble shooting.

My son is switching jobs from Springfield MI to Warren, he was told that he has to pay 2 months rent because he is required to do a 60 day notice and then a 2 month penalty - he was told that he owes 4 months rent, that seems excessive.

Once they give notice I give them the document and tell them the house needs to be in similar condition and to expect to clean several hours after their stuff was out.

Typically what I see is that if there is adequate notice and there's a likelihood that the nights will be booked by other parties then I would allow for the refund (myself as the Host), but if that is loss income because you have made the commitment to use the property during that time that is a cost of doing business on your end.

How many people recently received a notice from Apartments.com stating that we need to add/update tax information to continue to receive rent payments and the system will not let them enter valid tax information?
