Hi Everyone,A few other investors and I are considering buying a property near Keene State College in New Hampshire and renting to college kids.

As far as the high schools, I'd be comfortable sending my kids to Kentridge, Kentwood or Kentlake so I usually take that into consideration when thinking about buying properties.
