Hi All, new to Bigger Pockets and was told to jump into this community to meet and interact with new individuals.

I never worked with him but interacted on a few potential clients behalf. 

Their reps were friendly in our interactions, but talking to them was ultimately a complete waste of time because they blatantly misrepresented the properties they sent me and weren’t able to provide anything even remotely close to what I’m looking for.

But either way- I agree with @Dave Foster the math certainly makes sense if he does have a new investment in mind.

@Daoun Jackson yes I was saying that I've never wholesaled, so all of my interactions with the title companies were just standard closes.

Most sellers that I have interacted with have said that the offer is to low.

I am somewhat ok with this, as I need to learn a bit, but I realize this doesn't speak well to how interactions or my directions will be followed.

Looking forward to learning a bunch by reading and interacting in the Forums and Blogs here at BP, and also by listening to the BP podcasts.

Do you think that prefacing my interactions with potential investment based persons- “Although I am an agent I am not acting as such in this capacity?
