New To Real Estate Investing and BP

Hi, I'm here in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada and just jumping into the world of REI. At this point, I'm leaning towards investing in a small multi-family property (duplex or triplex) as a buy and hold, and then we'll see where it goes from there. Looking forward to learning a bunch by reading and interacting in the Forums and Blogs here at BP, and also by listening to the BP podcasts.
