I’m looking to expose the concept of building wealth and getting them involved so they “could” become financially independent (or at least be financially savvy) even if they decided this isn’t what they want to do full-time… or perhaps not at all.

Times have changed and Its time for me to prove to myself that I can achieve my dreams and seek true independence.

I am financially independent through my rentals and if I have to scramble around each month to read all the submeters of the units I have, I wouldn't have time to do anything else.

I'm under contract on a duplex in Independence, MO, just outside of Kansas City. 3/1 in 1 unit and 1/1 in the top unit. 

I have been looking at investing in Independence and want to start looking at a team(realtor, contractor, property manger) for doing BRRRR's in that area.
