Property Manager in Independence, MO for BRRRR?

I'm under contract on a duplex in Independence, MO, just outside of Kansas City. 3/1 in 1 unit and 1/1 in the top unit. This will be a BRRRR with a small cosmetic rehab. Any suggestions out there for property managers?
