BRRRR in Independence Missouri

I have been looking at investing in Independence and want to start looking at a team(realtor, contractor, property manger) for doing BRRRR's in that area. I want to focus on SFH that are 2/1. If you are interested or having any information about the area about where to avoid/target please contact me!
