Another way if you had a website, you could have a simple form on a webpage that they could fill out that would be emailed to you.

But the first step should be to send a simple mail piece (ex. yellow letter) to the owner' info on the above website and see if you get a response.

All those organizations post their events and you can track them pretty easily with that app/website for free.

If you're able to locate great deals on the MLS, put them under contract, then wholesale via a website or buyers list, it would be fairly easy.
