I was thinking more in terms of selling the lead rather than getting a shared commission, but that you've brought up a good point, it might be better to go for the shared commission once I establish a good relationship with a REA in my area.

Thank you for that explanation which indeed help, but I do believe you misunderstood what I was asking, and ill take the blame because I wasn't clear enough.I was asking about what the numbers you provided, First how are the percentage established for each one 3% for holding and closing, 6% for realtor, etc.
