Anyway, I think an important point to note, and J Scott delved into it already, is that you have to be able to analyze a property yourself and figure out how the seller is calculating his numbers and where there is potential for skewed figures.

I did that and then typed the notes up and it really helped the concepts set in and bring about a deeper understanding.

What that means is their people are having conversations with only homeowners all day long, and they know ancillary questions to ask as they work through the script to dig a little deeper.  

Although I'm not onboard with everything Grant writes, I love the idea that you have to dive deeper into your passion to be set free.

Should I look deeper into the towns with the best school systems to see if there are parts I should and shouldn't shop in?
