Does your team have a deep track record with OOS investors?

For the past few months I have been digging deep to find out what I enjoy doing and what it might take to get me there.

Deep dives are done when there is millions and tens of millions of dollars in play.

If you want the park, I would dig deep in due diligence and see if there is any merit to what they are saying. 

Same with trampolines, deep pools, loose railings, icy sidewalks or any other safety hazard.

as a car owner who  is all electric.we are a small fraternity.. but change is happening.. and maybe the smart operator now has gas pumps and figure out high energy out put superchargers like we have for our Tesla's  and Porsche is going to have theirs.But i hear ya on the 25 to 50 years back sometimes when I am in the deep south talking to one of the workers or what have you and they tell me they have never been in an airplane and many never left the state LOL.Just so foreign of a concept for many in Upwardly mobile areas

My problem is that people jump to cash-for-keys immediately, usually because they have no idea what to do and they've dug themselves into a really deep hole and already lost thousands.
