As a flipper these loans are convenient because of the time but when you have a 30-year mortgage I’m wondering how this can even be an option?

If there's any podcasts or people who have started investing this way- please send them over.I've been paying rent because it's convenient, but it's costing me equity I could pull out to fund an investment. 

Malverne & Oceanside are also convenient & less expensive than the North Shore. 

We were originally leaning towards airbnb/STR in places in Florida where wouldn’t mind going on vacation but open to suggestions.
