Then I still go through them one at a time in order of receipt and refund the fees back to the ones I never got to.Regarding the rejection notice, I use a third party screening company that uses a point system and offers a rejection letter to be used if rejected.

You can look up firms online, become another applicant in their system with a resume and a cover letter... but don't do that.
