Failure is not an event.

He has enough cashflow in his business, but too many deductions which brings his taxable income to a very low number.He has quite a bit of cash reserves, and the credit score in 750+ range with no adverse events on his history.Can anyone recommend a lender for his case?

I believe my friend went to that same 3 day event Fri-Sun this past weekend.

I've been reading books like crazy, watching YouTube, listening to webinars, and will be attending my first meeting next month.

I had attended the RICH club meeting this past Saturday and I'm chomping at the bit trying to read whatever I can to get started.

@Todd Nordstrom  tucker is a good call... he has put a lot of energy into his pod cast and such.. and is a very good builder in his own right.... its nice that he gives back as he does.also Rarebird monthly events are worth going to as well.

I'm completely new to real estate....started earlier this month mailing yellow letters (about 200 thus far) for wholesaling, am considering door knocking next, attended a RE club here in LA and also have a small amount (substantially small) to potentially invest in a property now....on that note, I'm actually on the bend on if that small amount I should invest by purchasing my first property to rent/lease or invest those funds in marketing.
