Is this type of hard money loan possible?

I was talking to a friend who is also new at this and she mentioned that she may have read somewhere about a hard money deal where it's 0% interest for the 6 months.  Of course she's not 100% sure where she saw it and all of the details.  Is this kind of deal possible if the lender is paying for 90% of purchase plus construction?
