Another - if I may add - is "analysis paralysis".I remember starting out, getting calls from sellers, and sitting for hours analyzing all types of irrelevant information.Nothing can be 100% micromanaged, sometimes calculated risks will reap better rewards than sitting around wondering 'how am I going to do this?'
