What if you were to examine you next home purchase as an investment property and upon moving out simply rent it out. I have done this several times to my family's advantage in order to supplement our retirement income but instead supplemented our current income. this strategy simply involves researching the following in order:

1. Location/Markets
2. Future Tenants
3. Property Management
4. Real Estate Agents
5. Financing
6. Property itself

Then buy and reap the rewards. I find it extremely difficult to locate a stock that I can buy for one tenth of its value, then live in it, and later create cash flow and appreciation not to mention tax benefits!
