I have not personally flipped a mobile home before but know many who have.

The question I have is, how would you all recommend getting a house/mobile home/tiny home built or put on the land.

I'll look in to it.I have not explored any of the mobile app option.

He should know to check his mail within the week time period, deposit the commission check and with mobile deposit its really easy now -- even my semi-bs brokerage is doing it and moving to fully electronic files. 

If you're in Portland, the mobile homes have a license plate? 

I spend the majority of my time turning the dials at each of our mobile home park communities to maximize top line revenue and run smart and lean on expenses. 

I like multifamily because you can keep one side rented while renovating the other and makes it easier on your wallet getting started.

Since the chattel crisis, lending on mobile homes has been nearly non-existent.

I still cash flow about $200 a month on the property, I have created about 30k in equity and I have gotten all my money back out of the property.We recently started using the same strategy with multi family and mobile home parks.I have detailed on BiggerPockets about a 6-plex we bought in January  for 315k.
