Does anyone have any recommendations for mortgage lenders in the greater Portland area that specialize in manufactured home loans? I am looking for someone to refer clients to.

Rick Budahl at Northwest Housing Services is a specialist in manufactured homes.

US Bank also has a manufactured home lending department for homes in parks but I don't know the direct number to that department.
