Hi Edward, as a relatively new property investor myself, if I were to ask this question to you, your response would definitely provide me insight to your capabilities.I think you would have to show an intimate knowledge of the area, bring research reports, data that you've collected.

PS: I don't yet have access to the previous years' operating data from the seller.

I think I could have more to contribute... for instance, I am beginning to learn data-mining so I can scrape data from rental websites to analyse markets easier than plugging numbers into a spreadsheet individually .....maybe this is already done for me or I can help you too?

What capex do you recommend  or other data(Repairs) to be entered on the analysis calculator to see the returns /results ?

They may also use the actual data you provide to them via those tax returns.Will your DTI be maxed out after the purchase of the Triplex?
