Given that a large percentage of travelers are young and having a good time goes hand in hand... 

I know several people who have plans to start their Christmas travels on that weekend.

I visit each of my properties at least once a quarter to check on its condition and see how the team is doing.Yes, it does take time, money and effort to travel to remote properties.

However, my long-term goal is to use real estate investing (wholesale, BRRR, amongst other methods) as the tool to allow me to work around the things I love -- travel and golf. 

So much of what draws travelers to urban spots are closed or restricted so not a great time for US travelers to visit US cities.

Hello all, has anybody on here used the furnished finders website to procure traveling nurses?

All in $31,300 in cap expenditures this year....We Airbnb our studio condo that is at the base of a ski resort and have been renting that to traveling nurses on the off season. 

After 15+ years, I do have a sleuth of water heaters that start to leak, but we stock them in our warehouse and it takes less than 2 hours to change one including travel time.

I was wondering about creating housing for traveling employees.

(whether it was travel time, office meetings (which are mind-numbing but very important) or talking to agents about bs).It did take me a few months to realize I had to form a different type of office (community) for myself.I love it.Feel free to pm me.
