Looking for anyone involved in Corporate Housing!

Hey guys, I own a triplex and fourplex, and they are all just rentals, but recently I pondered the question of corporate housing. Two large companies are based within 20 miles of me. One is a large automobile manufacturer and the other a chemical and fertilizer manufacturer. I was wondering about creating housing for traveling employees. I wanted to get some of your thoughts on this. Whether I should lean more towards higher manangement housing or towards employees lower in the company like on the line. Do you guys think I should try to go through the company or just do it through air bnb. Thanks for all your help!
