It's impossible when they get that big to keep up and get to the houses on turnover day, (Fri, Sat, Sun) with the traffic when everyone else is trying to get to the same place on the only road in or out.I think it's well worth the investment as I already own 3 (long-term rental) homes down here.

I am looking into buying a duplex in a strong rental market in a great location but there is a new multifamily development that is scheduled to start construction later this year on the property right behind the duplex (line of trees behind to separate but traffic would go through street in front) .

unfortunately....no. it's a regular subdivision, but it's on a main road, so there's lots of traffic, which was a little challenging to rent it. that's why i want to keep the tenants as long as possible..i wish i could buy them out..
