Start by going to www.narpm.org to search their directory of managers.

We could then refi that property and use it to start a BRRR.  

I would also say review everything they do and set up this way you can start learning how it is done and what is required so you can do it yourself in the future if that's the route that you are wanting to take. 

But at the same time, we also hear story after story of the investors losing almost everything at some point or losing large amounts of money due to the financing. 

I recently switched insurance carriers for two of my rental properties and about two months after coverage started, I received a letter for each property with a list of items to be remediated within 40 days or coverage would be revoked.
