Would it not be easier and more credible to advertise the fact you are, including all the training you receive, continuing education, code of ethics, and all that goes with it, to make yourself appear a better solution than many "We Buy Houses" guys who do not have such scrutiny bearing down on them?

The solution might only take 2 minutes to fix a problem, but what about the time the office staff took to receive the complaint, then enter it in the system, then communicate with maintenance staff and dispatch them, then for that person to drive out there, fix it, report back, then for the office staff to enter the result.

I use Tellus rental app -- it's also free like the other solutions here but the tenants really like it because it gives them rent notifications and the autopay is an option that they can turn on or not.

Do not take any unproven solutions and avoid things that have a HOA with your purchase.
