@Devin Rock will the thousands of dollars per month spent in marketing put a strain on your finances?

I'm not sure if they like it or not, I haven't asked them, but they pay every month so I won't rock the boat.

@Christian BrownI was there a few weeks ago and I drove by the streets just north of the Casinos "Hard Rock and Harrah" and it felt like a ghost town.

You decide to not pay them for snitching on such a minor infraction, and they decide to band together against you and it becomes a complete nightmare.

@Joe Ebanks - yes if the margins are that high and he/she is a good tenant it's probably best not to rock the boat. 

Its normal for them to fix the part A only, but you still want to see what it says and what is in the Part B.  And
