Is it just me or is this "Hot Market" in Nashville starting to feel like 2008 ?!?!?!?!?!?!

What is everyone doing to still find deals, stuck at 9 doors....

2008?

That’s when you could get a deal. 

Now in 2018, not so much ..

Going to have to turn over lots of rocks to find deals like in 2008..
