PLATINUM, Backtracking and skip-tracing people is incredibly valuable skill. 99% of the posters on BP will lose interest.

However, this website has been an incredible find, providing me with a wealth of knowledge so far.  

Just trying to find out the potential tax issues from having income producing property in a different state.

It is incredibly difficult to act on conviction when almost everybody is telling you how stupid or risky your idea is.

Even for rehab properties, the market is moving incredibly quickly.

I would like to make this an income producing avenue, at least a supplementary one.

I'm not sure how transport may twist or rack a wall, but I'm sure they are produced with better QC than a guy with a skill saw on a job site.

I tried the Central Appraisal Districts here in Dallas/Denton & Tarrant and have not been able to produce a cash buyers list if its even possible.
