How long before the sale in normal circumstances do you submit the form?

Manufacturers are trying to pretend that it is NORMAL to have to tap the planks of your floor back together every few months.

With the overall market I was more curious to hear what people thought about the prices of homes across the country and if they think this will be more normal as we go forward.

I maintain anywhere between a 750-790, my wife commands a 800+ and between the both of us we make just under 200k a year at our normal jobs.
