Also, keep in mind, 9% (I think) goes to agency fees - so HUD is only keeping 91% of whatever you offer.

I wouldn't mind this if it is rather quick, as in 3-4 months. 

It was an overseas based syndication and there were too many year-end tax reporting questions that weren't fully answered and it had the potential to create a lot of problems reporting wise.I have very little doubt in my mind that this will be a very big industry in the near future so I've been anxious to gain exposure.

Would you mind answering a few questions I have about getting started and maybe some that I may have along the way early in the beginning.

Have a $/sqft in mind for your rehab in order to get a rough estimate.

Keep in mind that this home, my $6,000 car and my 401K are the only notable assets that I own.
