Right percentage to offer in a HUD property?
So if a property is listed at 180K and has been in the market 57 days would 130K be to low to offer? 72% of what is listed? I read 88% is a good percentage but what about lower?

@John McAllister If it has already gone through 2 price drops, you will likely get it, but if not I think it will get rejected. But if it does get rejected, just bid again tomorrow. The only risk you run is someone else making an acceptable offer on the same day.
