Yep thought for sure it was not you posting ;)The weirdest thing we have seen is 2 bears that came up to my guests' harleys and started rocking them and messing with them and then finally each bear took a bite out of each harley's seat.  

I recently found a property in North Little Rock, Arkansas.It’s a single family 3B/1B turnkey investment listed at 105k. 

From what I know so far, you can throw a rock in the pond and a hard money lender will pop up.

This has made it very difficult for me to get a conventional loan on my own, even though I have a rock solid history of making all loan payments on time, bills on time, rent on time etc.

We have a swing, treasure hunt, and it borders the national forest with rock formations to climb. 

They are supposed to represent your financial interest(and some do) but if they rock the boat too much the deal will falter and no commission.

Even low 9's are rock solid right now on these.
