Judges deal with rental problems every day and they know every law without having to think for one second.You can probably call a few attorneys and get a little free information about the real estate laws in the area, or search the internet for information specific for that area.

I am between fix/flip or BRRR and I am not sure if I should make a decision now or leave my options open as the rehab process goes along and decide when it is finished.(1) 2-story building4 units - each about 1200 sqft 3/2 no garage0.820 acresARV ~$625,000List Price $450,000 - may have some wiggle room hereRehab $80,000Total cost $500-530kComps are listed for $625k - 675kI am kicking around the idea of adding another 4 units to the property for a total of 8 units because there is plenty of space available if i mirror the existing building layout.

My total utility bill (electricity, water/sewer, gas, and internet) comes to about $500/month (> 2000 sqft in Florida) averaged over the year, so I charge an extra $100 per person, which is included in the rent.
