Judges deal with rental problems every day and they know every law without having to think for one second.You can probably call a few attorneys and get a little free information about the real estate laws in the area, or search the internet for information specific for that area.

I think it's reckless advice to say, "just file BK to stop the foreclosure," but I see that all over the internet and it pisses me off....

I don't know how long you've been on the Internet but it is full of crooks fighting on taking advantage of you.

My total utility bill (electricity, water/sewer, gas, and internet) comes to about $500/month (> 2000 sqft in Florida) averaged over the year, so I charge an extra $100 per person, which is included in the rent.

I've research all over the internet but I come up with 3.4 - 4.95.  

 find a house close by with the same lay out ,then deduct for work needing to be done.If no luck keep going out tell you have a comp that works .
