Where do I find the legal documents I need.

Hello everyone. I am completely new to investing. I am currently a carpenter in a construction company with the goal of someday obtaining my contractors license. I have been listening to podcasts and am in the process if reading 2 real estate investing books. I have searched the internet for documents needed in real estate investing. I have had no luck finding said documents. My questions to anyone willing to reply are..

1. What legal documents do I need to get a house under my name and or option.

2. Where do I find these documents?

It is best to speak with an attorney to have them draw up the documentation. If you are buying through an agent, they should have the initial contract available for you.
