He was great at rehabbing and he put a lot of work into his first investment but then it wasn't really taken care of..So my question is, since I haven't done this before lol...Any tips on getting decent stuff (long lasting really) without getting caught up in trying to pull off some HGTV moves..? 

Deducted expense for 1 night that they had to stay in hotel and couldnt live at home in the heat.

I would like to get my foot in the door and pick up advice and tips that will help me in this field.

One tip for those events is to NOT focus on passing out as many cards as you can.

Somebody can tell if I wanna to join this world of real estate do I need a capital ? Cause I'm not working I don't have a job and I try to get a mentor who can help me and be my close friend even if I am to young but ...
