I was born and raised in RVA but shortly after graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2015, I relocated to the DC area where I currently reside.

I am currently a senior at Miami University (OH) and have a goal to buy my first multi-family home right after I graduate to house hack and start my RE investing journey.

I am a recent College Graduate in Charlotte, NC and I’ve always envisioned a life of financial freedom.

I graduated with my nursing degree back in 2019 and I plan on buying my first property this year.

We need to stay in the area for another year for our son to graduate, so would like to purchase an investment property we can stay in until he graduates. 

I’d really like to get started now and not have to postpone my investing until after graduation in 2 years.

I've been presented the opportunity to partner with a friend of mine and he'd be the financial backer with me doing the leg work.A little background on my relationship with the backer, I actually first met him when i was a child as he and my parents used to work together, fast forward to after I graduated college; I was a Wealth Management Advisor with him becoming my first client with a multi-million dollar net worth, I left my job to go work for him at his company and I'm currently in the process of buying him out for $1million despite the business being valued for a fair bit more than that (giving me a friends & family discount).
