Hi everyone!

I am currently a senior at Miami University (OH) and have a goal to buy my first multi-family home right after I graduate to house hack and start my RE investing journey. Being my first search and acquisition, I was wondering if there are any best way to find affordable homes? I am particularly handy and plan to do the rehabbing myself. Any other tips and lessons/ experiences you could share? Thank you!!
