Based on my career progression and maturity in real estate I want to explore opportunities on the commercial real estate side (purchasing Medical Offices, Development sites).

What implications does this have for the small real estate investor and has anyone explored plans to capitalize on this recent change in the SEC regulations designed to promote small business?

I have not decided on my financing options yet as I'm still exploring my options.

I emailed customer service and it turns out that the site is really only compatible with Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers.
