I've created an LLC that is renting out room to government employees on temporary duties, and they pay via their government travel cards.

Plus I ended up in the Airline Industry as a career because for my love of  traveling the world to make a long story short.

Just not excited about spending the lump sum so soon after taking ownership.

A lot of it went to traveling, since it has been a big part of my life, from camping out of the bed of a truck, to my inherited VW vanagon, to my now truck with a pop up camper.

It's been an exciting journey, and though I am a little nervous about it, I'm also enjoying the ride.So, just saying 'hello'!

We travel here quite often and love it so much and I feel like it would be a great investment. 

I've lived in this city since I was 5 and it's been exciting to see the growth and changes that have happened and that seem to be in overdrive throughout the area over the past few years.There are definitely places to find good cash flow in the area but if you're wanting to spend lower, areas 30-60 minutes out of the area like Ashland City, Clarksville, Columbia, Hermitage, Dickson provide the best deals.
