Also, in order to get a true owner occupied permit - you need to have a TN drivers licence and another form of state issued ID showing you live there.

Economic drivers for a MSA  most every city has there area that is re gentrifying.. and those price points tend to be higher than just plain vanilla rental areas of the city.. but you have up side..
