The new book...How to invest in Real Estate!!!!!

Hey everyone!!! I just finished the new book How to Invest in Real Estate. The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Getting Started. First I want to say I actually loved the original title START HERE it stood out to me. But this book is going to be my new bible. There is sooooooo much information in here. The thing that has been bothering me since I joined the BP community is there’s so much information for me to learn. I need to put this all in order. But then next week there’s a new podcast and a couple of new webinars. The book put everything in the order I needed. Lol. I couldn’t wait for the book to be delivered to me so I got it from Audible. Good idea to get me started and finish the book quickly and get more excited; bad idea bc there is so much information I need to see/highlight. I took notes when I could but I still need the physical copy. Lol.

I have decided that I would like to get started as a wholesaler and next year I would like to househack in a multi family home. I’m still a stay at home mom and I’m planning to start working part time and renew my mortgage license for my state...I know I don’t need it to do this but it’ll be my way to use money for advertising and other business needs. I’ve been having a hard time getting to a meet up in my area the last couple of weeks due to my husband’s work schedule and having a sitter but it’s not stopping me from networking but I still haven’t found anyone worthy of partnering with or even has the same ambition or greater as I have. I would love some advise on how to link up with seasoned wholesalers and overall investors bc this is something I want to start now and get my daughter ready for a financially free future.
