Hello from Dallas Area!

Mark Fillmore
Posted

New poster from the Dallas area. Building my marketing to find off market deals but not opposed to wholesale opportunities. Targeting Garland, Plano & Richardson & surrounding areas. Web site has been built. Working with google Adwords. Lots of impressions but no clicks yet. Open to any advice on making my phone ring more.

Looking into direct mail but not large volume. Handwritten to good leads.

I will also be looking into networking with "bird dogs" or deal finders. Ordering a business card with cash reward as shown in the driving for dollars bible. Any advice here? Are most postal workers/delivery drivers pretty receptive to the offer? Any soliciting laws I should be aware of?

Thanks!
