The money stays in the equity and builds it very quickly so my monthly rent minus the auto debit from the rent of the property management would go to the HELOC.

If you provide, make clear, tech support = “have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in” auto response via email only and no downtime will be at your detriment (ie: no deductions for drop in service).

Whatever the professional brokers do, do that and more to show your credibility.Redfin is auto populated by the MLS data, so you won't have any luck there, but you can post your home on Zillow and Trulia and Craiglist.

Any confirmation or additional advice would be truly helpful....I already have two of my realtors put me on NEW auto-emailers so I'm getting emails already as of today (and the webinar was two days ago) so I'm looking at properties right now....If there is a small detail I am missing please advise but at this point I think I'm ready to run full force to get my first multi-family properties before the end of January.Thanks so much in advance.

Meaning that if you go apply for an auto loan they will pull your credit and the score model they use will grade you/score you diffrently than if you applied for a mortgage.

Maybe you could set up a bank account with those funds and just have the payment auto deducted every month so you won't have to think about it.
