Ok, Im new to this. Can people please run these numbers and let me know what you all got so I can bounce off of it.

3 bed 1 bath 1 car garage

Foreclosure 65k

put in 5k for 70k financed

tax 830/year insurance 600/year

estimated rent 900/mo

property manager 10%  + 10% a month for repairs
