Hello All,With great hopes something successful can come out of this post, I will leave the below message;Currently 26 years old with a desire to begin my personal real estate investing career mid-2017.

I feel like I should get my RE license just to know that side of the business but I have no desire to sell homes, it would just be to learn the laws and have access to the MLS listings.

Once I start having a steady income from work and I'm able to stay in one location, I'll resume investing in real estate with slightly more aggressive approach.I don't have much desire to flip houses, I'm more interested in long term buy and hold wealth accumulation.

Someone always wants a piece of the deal, but as long as your numbers co-inside with your desires...pull the offer trigger!

Both have less desirable school districts if that matters to you.

--The 1880 farmhouse is 2300 square feet, on a nice lot in walking distance to one of the most desirable entertainment areas on the Main Line.  

So, can we write everything off that we spent to make the home desirable for someone to purchase?

This is a rather simple procedure for gathering more capital over a modest horizon and later converting it to cash to index and live the lifestyle desired.  

Where most would agree that A is very desirable (and difficult to CF) and D/F are war-zones.I am devising a spreadsheet (if anybody knows of one that exists; send it my way) that categorizes and weighs a variety of factors and assigns a grade.  

Now, if your house is in a very desirable location your could possibly get the full amount and more ...I have seen crazier stuff happen in AZ.
